The breakfast buffet was excellent! it offered an excellent variety of both international and local dishes. The dishes were all fresh and delicious. hang nguyen, the receptionist. she gave a warm welcome and provided wonderful recommendations.
The hotel was a lot bigger than i thought and it meant there were lots of tour groups. This was a tour group hotel with different wings. i didn't see how big the hotel was when i booked it. It felt impersonal.

The multiple pools entertained my children for hours and happy hour helped the parents. The duplex suite gave ample space for us. The air conditioning in the suite worked efficiently, which we appreciated. The room was serviced each day. We loved the coffee machine provided.
The hotel felt larger than I initially realized. This meant encountering many tour groups, and I prefer a more intimate atmosphere. It didn't have the vibe I was hoping FOR. I prefer a smaller hotel with a cozier ambiance.
